VINCITORE TEAM consists of Nidaul Husnia, Firdha Lailatul K., Zulfa Muasaroh B, students of the Islamic Banking Study Program, Faculty of Economics, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, who have successfully won 1st place in the National Business Plan Competition organized by the Student Executive Board (DEMA) FEBI UIN Mataram on May 24 – June 2, 2024. This team presented the Egg Shell Meatball product (Bakso Cantul) which is a meatball variant that is different from other meatballs. Bakso Cantul uses eggshells as a substitute for wheat flour so that it can be an alternative to healthier food and fulfill the desires of the consumer market who care about health and are on a diet. The creative idea of ​​this team is the utilization of eggshell waste which has not been done much and has not been massive enough. Most people let eggshells pile up until they become waste so that they can pollute the environment. In general, eggshells contain calcium carbonate, magnesium, and phosphorus which are very useful for health. After going through a series of selection processes, finally this uniqueness is what made the jury team choose Bakso Cantul Product as the 1st Place in this event.
