This activity is one of the implementations of the MoU between the two universities and proves that lecturers from the Islamic Banking Study Program are able to achieve international recognition. In this international guest lecture, Dr. Yayuk explained that marketing ethics are the moral principles that guide companies to act honestly, transparently, and fairly in all their marketing activities. These ethics emphasize that marketing practices should be carried out with respect for consumer rights and without causing harm to any party. The principles of marketing ethics consist of honesty, social responsibility, consumer protection, respect for customer privacy, and transparency. Some forms of violations in marketing ethics are false advertising, portraying hurtful stereotypes, misusing customer data, negative advertising toward competitors, and misleading pricing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to marketing ethics, Dr. Yayuk also explained about corporate social responsibility (CRS) that is a company&#8217;s commitment to not only pursue profits, but also to make a positive contribution to society and the environment. CSR reflects the company\u2019s efforts to create a balance between business objectives and social sustainability. Marketing ethics and CSR complement each other in building a company\u2019s reputation. Marketing ethics ensures that marketing activities are carried out appropriately, while CSR demonstrates the company\u2019s concern for social and environmental issues. Together, they help strengthen consumer trust and enhance the company\u2019s image. The Dean of the Faculty of Economics UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim, Dr. H. Misbahul Munir, LC., M.Ei, greatly appreciated and supported this activity as a form of international recognition in line with the vision and mission of the university and faculty.
